We are currently seeking a proven Technical Writer to support the Unique Mission Cell (UMC) by writing technical reports following the of technology assessment event. Combine the submissions from other UMC team members including background information field observations and data analyses. Write document with one voice to describe impacts to operational and technical integration of emerging technologies and prototypes as well as with COTS and GOTS equipment/systems. Assist in data collection at events as required. Integrate data and reports from the UMC team and render into a report covering all aspects of each assessment data collected data analysis and recommendations for changes or improvement. Assist in writing test plans assessment plans and event letters of instruction (LOIs). Must be capable of working as a part of a distributed team be selfdirected on tasking and able to learn quickly. The endstate is to develop reports suitable for senior leader decision support.
All work requires travel upwards of 50 to assessment sites within the US and some OCONUS travel.
