Job Description
The Chief Operations Officer (COO) collaborates with Chicago Houses Chief Executive Officer (CEO) toward setting and driving the organizational vision and operations strategy. This role translates the agency into actionable steps for growth implements organizationwide goal setting performance management and annual operations planning. This leader will ensure the agency continually works toward building a highly inclusive culture in which team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met. Support agencys mission by assisting CEO and staff in the areas of Finance management IT management and daytoday operational support needed to accomplish the agency mission.
