Role Overview: We are looking for a sharp proactive and detailsavvy individual to step into the role of Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Partner or Assurance Partner. This is not just another jobits a frontrow seat to leadership strategy and highstakes decisionmaking. Strategic & Leadership Support
Work closely with the Partner to support Firmwide business operations and strategic initiatives.
Conduct research and provide insights to assist in decisionmaking and business planning.
Assist in preparing highimpact reports presentations and white papers for internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a point of contact to facilitate communication between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
Project & Business Analytics
Support leadership project management efforts including planning and crossfunctional coordination.
Analyze financial and operational data providing structured insights and recommendations.
Assist in governance meetings by preparing agendas tracking action items and maintaining key documentation.
Executive Operations & Efficiency
Manage leadership calendar scheduling coordinate domestic and international travel and optimize time management.
Ensure timely followups on key deliverables to enhance leadership productivity.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Financial & Administrative Management
Provide support in Partnerlevel client billing collections accounts receivable reviews and expense tracking.
Maintain structured records (paper/electronic) and handle professional correspondence.
Adaptability & ProblemSolving
Adapt to evolving business requirements and collaborate effectively with the leadership across time zones (IST & PST) as needed.
MBA graduates from premium Bschools with a passion for business operations strategy and leadership support.
Strong project management skills including the ability to plan prioritize and execute multiple initiatives while ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Excellent communication skills with a knack for storytelling impactful presentations and stakeholder engagement.
Techsavvy individual with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills along with proficiency in other MS Office tools collaboration platforms and business analytics software.
A proactive selfstarter who is adaptable thrives in a fastpaced environment and can drive firmwide business impact.
