Job Description

Business Unit: HR & Comms
Salary Range: 31200 circa 43000 per annum
Location: Hybrid with some travel to our Glasgow London or Newcastle hub at least once a month
Contract Type: Permanent

Our team
Were seeking a Redeployment Specialist who thrives in a fastpaced environment and has a passion for supporting colleagues through organisational change. Youll be at the heart of our redeployment efforts overseeing the endtoend operational aspects of redeployment activities across the organisation. Youll have the opportunity to work closely with various HR teams and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition experience for our colleagues.

What youll be doing:
Responsible for the effective delivery of redeployment activity across all business areas owning the facilitation of individual and volume redeployments.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels including senior leaders and external partners.
Develop and implement best practices and strategies for colleague redeployment.
Ensure the redeployment process is equitable and inclusive by design.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition TA) Operations team to align impacted colleagues with new opportunities.
Oversee the financial legal risk and control environment related to redeployment.
Manage a complex portfolio of redeployment cases advising on transition plans and ensuring roles are progressed.
Use data and insights to drive redeployment activity implement process improvements and review SLAs.
Act as a point of contact for colleagues going through redundancy offering support and resources.
Coach and support TA Operations team and hiring managers to ensure compliance with redundancy policy.
Manage the relationship with our career transition and outplacement partner LHH driving improvements in our offering.
Support the TA Operations team with BAU recruitment and project activity when required.

We need you to have:
Significant experience in managing redeployment activities within a large organisation.
Recruitment experience gained within an inhouse or agency environment.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and supporting colleagues through change.
A results and deliveryfocused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills with experience influencing at a senior level.
Experience in identifying gaps in processes solving problems and implementing new ways of working.
Commitment to inclusivity and fairness in all redeployment processes.
