Job Description
Staff Management Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Randolph NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 8:30AM 5PM
Pay Rate:
- $25 $40 / hour(Depends on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented Customer Service Representative with strong computer skills to support daytoday office and customer service operations. A background in supply chain or logistics is a plus as this role involves handling customer inquiries order processing and supporting internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Process orders and update customer records using internal systems.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to resolve order or shipping issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and track order status to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform general office support duties including filing data entry and assisting with reports.
- Use computer systems and tools efficiently to support customer service tasks.
- Help improve internal processes and suggest solutions to enhance customer experience
Job Requirements:
- Must be a quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in a customer service or office support role required; supply chain or logistics experience is a plus.
