Job Description
SUMMARY:
Assembles premanufactured or purchased parts into products and packs and prepares product for transfer to the Distribution Department.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
Attends shift start meetings receives work assignment and instructions.
Assembles boxes pallets and labels etc. to receive finished goods.
Inspects and performs minor repairs such as trimming flash or cutting gates applies labels to products retrieved from the machines or material handling equipment.
Assembles parts to form products.
Assembles premanufactured bulk packed parts into finished goods for sale. Assembles other parts as needed.
Packs products into boxes for sale or case packs products according to instructions provided.
Stacks or loads boxes or cases onto pallets.
Meets or exceeds standards for output rate of production plan set by company management.
Removes rejected parts to the regrind area.
1st shift Monday Friday 6:30am 3:00pm
$15.13
Earn a .25 cent increase after working 30 days with perfect attendance
Earn a 25.00 bonus after working first 80 hours. With perfect attendance
