What were looking for:
- Ability to work in an organized efficient and clean manner
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to read and execute recipes quickly and accurately
- Enthusiastic attitude and dependability
- Ability to communicate with guests in English
What youll be doing:
- Prepare guest orders to customer specifications adhering to all menu and portion standards
- Prepare for the day by stocking the line with all menu items and preparing packaging utensils and bowls. Assist in restocking throughout the day
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace and ensure all food safety standards are met in an open kitchen environment
- Assist throughout the day by washing cutting and stocking the line with necessary menu items
- Clean and wipe down the salad line at end of the day including the lettuce fridge prep tables and floors
- Follow all proper knife safety procedures
- Learn and maintain knowledge of our menu
- Running Food
- Maintain a clean and wellgroomed personal appearance and adhere to our uniform policy
- Additional duties needed and/or assigned by your Manager
