Saint Columbkille Partnership School was reestablished in 2006 and enjoys a unique partnership with Boston College as the Laboratory School affiliated with its School of Education and Human Development and with the Archdiocese of Boston and Saint Columbkille Parish. - Plan and implement engaging and effective lessons aligned with Massachusetts state standards and NGSS for science technology and engineering.
- Use formative and summative assessments to determine students mastery of objectives.
- Understand and support the unique strengths and needs of each student.
- Use the FACTS student information system for attendance grading and communication.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their childs progress.
- Collaborate with the middle school team academic coaches student support team and school leadership.
- Support the faith formation of students and accompany them in faith formation experiences.
- Create a safe and joyful learning environment.
- Contribute to the schools positive welcoming culture.
The requirements for this position include:
- Commitment to the schools Catholic mission and identity.
- Bachelors degree in Elementary Education or related field.
- Licensure in Massachusetts.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to use instructional technology.
