Supervisor for Electrical and Sanitary Installations
Job Description:
My client is a leading general contractor with newly established presence in Sweden.
With already a pipeline full of projects they are looking to grow their team.
I am seeking a qualified and motivated Supervisor for Electrical and Sanitary Installations to join my client s team. As a key member of the construction team you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations onsite managing installation teams and ensuring the timely and quality delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyzing technical documentation and organizing the workflow of installations.
Identifying potential subcontractors and contracting them
Managing and supervising the work of teams and subcontractors handling installations.
Budgeting for labor materials equipment and machinery used onsite.
Supporting the Construction Manager in project implementation.
Assisting the Project Manager during the tender process.
Conducting continuous quality and quantity checks on work.
Requirements:
Bachelor s or Mater s degree in a relative field.
5 years of experience in a similar role in the Swedish market.
Construction licenses and certificates are a plus.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage tasks.
Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
Strong focus on efficiency and meeting deadlines.
