We are looking for young German speakers looking for work in a sunny country. As an igaming Customer Support Agent you will be helping costumers with any issues they may have whilst using our platform.
Can choose to work in Malta or Larnaca Cyprus.
Tasks
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues.
- Contact other departments to resolve problems.
- Maintain low customer request queues.
- Attend team meetings and participate in activities.
- Handle emergencies and escalate technical issues as needed.
- Ensure chat and email quality assurance.
- Analyze promotions before launch.
- Implement banned procedures when necessary.
Requirements
- EU passport holder
- Language: Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
- Education: Graduation from high school or postsecondary school.
- Experience: Ideally has some work experience in customer support
- Skills: Strong communication and knowledge of internetrelated software.
- Age: 2540 years.

- Work Hours: 40 hours per week 5 days rotation open 7 days).
- Shifts: 08:0017:00 11:00am 20:00pm 13:00pm 22:00pm according to schedule
- Breaks: 1hour break coordinated with the line manager.
- Training: 3month training period tailored to individual needs.
- Contract: Indefinite with a 6month probation period.
