Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Chairman/CEO in driving strategic and operational initiatives across the company s diverse ICT and Engineering portfolios. The ideal candidate will be trusted with highlevel administrative tasks project coordination and confidential matters requiring sound judgement professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide highlevel administrative support to the Executive Chairman including calendar management meeting coordination and correspondence handling.
- Prepare reports presentations briefing documents and followup on key action items.
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
- Assist in tracking companywide strategic initiatives proposals and client engagements across ICT and Engineering sectors.
- Support the Chairman in overseeing key projects scheduling reviews and ensuring timely .
- Manage travel arrangements event logistics and protocol where necessary.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and uphold the company s values in all dealings
Requirements
Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or related field (a Masters degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 2 years experience supporting Clevel executives preferably in a technology engineering or consulting environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative platforms.
