Job Description

The Program Delivery Analyst is responsible for supporting the endtoend delivery of critical programs ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives for Crown Melbourne.

The primary focus for this role is the of the Melbourne Transformation Plan (MTP) ensuring alignment of workstreams and project objectives with overall strategic and VGCCC objectives.

This role is responsible for supporting the effective implementation and delivery of program governance including scheduling reporting risk management automation and prioritization.

Some of your key responsibilities:

  • Implement processes and mechanisms to support Program reporting to minimize touchpoints throughout the lifecycle thereby enhancing the reliability and credibility of the overall reporting process.
  • Ensure ongoing alignment of workstream and project objectives with overall MTP objectives
  • Provide knowledge on delivery scheduling that considers a true end to end schedule inc. program delivery Risk Operation Change Management Governance PMO Technology and Data etc.
  • Maintain and manage the program management approach including meeting cadence/ways of working reporting mechanisms project documentation requirements (charters plans etc) and project governance practices (Project Status reports RAID change request etc)
  • Foster collaboration across teams to remove roadblocks and ensure program alignment with Crown Melbournes strategic goals  
  • Ensure compliance with and adherence to all relevant legislation and policies and procedures
  • Support the Transformation Office in managing the relationship with the VGCCC

What youll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience working in a complex transformation environment within a large organisation.  
  • Demonstrated expertise in program governance resource management and agile delivery methodologies.  
  • Strong track record of delivering programs on time within scope and budget.  
  • Business transformation experience (ideally multiyear transformations)
  • Ability to simplify complex requirement into clear achievable tasks
  • Excellent planning communication interpersonal and senior stakeholder management planning skills that recognize differences across crown diverse team member network.
  • Ability to work strategically both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Project experience in the gambling industry banking or finance with focus on regulatory programs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of governing within projects/programs/portfolios.
  • Working knowledge of MS office and project management software. (e.g. Microsoft Project Microsoft Planner Jira Confluence) 

Qualifications :

  • Business / Management / Commerce degree
  • Governance and PMO Experience
  • Project Management Certifications (desirable)
