Job Description
Our storeroom team is the backbone of our stores successefficiently managing stock and ensuring a seamless experience for both our customers and the wider store team. If youre the ultimate organiser who enjoys a handson role and thrives in a fastmoving environment this could be the perfect fit for you!
In this dual role your primary focus will be on stock coordination and management in our storeroom with occasional support for product deliveries and installations to customers homes.
As a Store Person youll coordinate incoming and outgoing stock customer orders and product repairs. Youll maintain an accurate and uptodate inventory system and ensure storeroom operations run smoothly. Youll also handle stockrelated queries and assist customers when working on the shop floor.
When assisting with deliveries youll step in to deliver and install products. This includes engaging with customers to determine the best way to bring products into their homes unpacking and installing items and removing old products and packaging if requested. Youll provide a positive and memorable experience as the final point of contact in their purchase journey.
Hours of work are:
- Monday: 8.5 hours
- Tuesday: 8.5 hours
- Wednesday: 8.5 hours
- Thursday: 8.5 hours
- Friday: 8 hours
Qualifications :
Dealing with stock on a daily basis requires an individual that is a reliable team player who doesnt mind rolling up their sleeves and plowing through the work! You will have a head that works to constant deadlines ensuring all your deliveries reach the customer on time. Ultimately we are looking for someone who is proactive selfmotivated and solutionfocused.
But what it really comes down to is a customerfocused attitude oh and a few muscles as theres heavy lifting involved daily!
As you will be required to drive a company vehicle you must have a Full NZ drivers license.
