Job Description

This role is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience in managing multiple sites and a passion for working with children. 

We are looking for an Outside School Hours Care Mobile Coordinator to support our services ranging from Pakenham and nearby Permanent Part time position is 25 hours per week work split shifts of 7:009:00am and 3:006:00pm Monday Friday.

As a Mobile Coordinator you are on the go travelling OSH Coordinator supporting numerous services as required with a core focus on stepping into services to support the service delivery.  

  • Effectively develop implement and monitor OSHC/OOSH programs and activities 
  • Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery and work with your team towards excellent rating and assessment outcomes 
  • Lead training performance and developmentin the service
  • Minimise risk and manage safety in services 

What to expect 

  • Work across numerous services providing leadership support and program delivery. 
  • Participate in recruitment drives operational projects and other exciting activities. 
  • Implement creative programmes and develop meaningful relationships.

Qualifications :

We can teach you about the job and JAG but a few basics you need to have: 

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Diploma in Childrens Services) or have completed minimum 2 years of full time study in a relevant field 
  • Experience working with children in a leadership position 
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check
  • Current drivers license is required 
  • Experience working with children within a group environment  
  • Availability over split shifts Monday to Friday
