This role is basedin any of our office locations across WI MN IA and IL. This posting is for our Des Moines IA office. Candidates must live in a commutable distance to an MSA office location and working from home arrangements are possible.

Responsibilities
Your mission:
- Reads and analyzes RFQ/RFPs and edits proposal content for readability consistency clarity and compliance.
- Assist in creating materials like project writeups resumes and client presentations.
- Meets proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering.
- Manages strong working relationships with staff to ensure proposal input is accurate compelling and timely.
- Maintains uptodate proposal information in MSAs DAM ERP and CRM.
- Manages multiple projects and responsibilities independently.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing Communications Business or related field
- 3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales
- Previous experience in A/E/C industry or similar strongly preferred
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite specifically InDesign
- Familiarity with AP Style
- Familiarity with CRM databases
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across remote teams
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and service orientation
- Must be comfortable working closely with all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to identify resources
- Proficiency with MS Office products (Word Excel PowerPoint)
