Job Description
3STEP Sports is the nations largest and most connected youth sports club and event organization. With more than 2500 programs 152 brands and 1.5 million athlete participants in nine sports were creating a next generation foundation for athlete development sport leadership and community engagement. This position will be in person a minimum of 3 days per week located in the Glenview IL office.
- Create visually engaging graphics including social media posts website banners email campaigns brochures tshirt designs and more.
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all visual communications and multiple brands.
- Recreate and adapt creative for multiple marketing tactics
- Collaborate with team members on overall marketing strategy and campaign development to produce creative assets in accordance to promotional calendars.
- Develop and execute content calendars for platforms like Instagram Facebook X etc
- Design and schedule engaging social media posts aligned with marketing goals.
- Monitor design and social media trends and track engagement.
- Proven experience in graphic design and social media marketing 12 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign & Canva).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Sprout Social).
- Photography and/or video shooting and editing skills.
