Job Description
Responsibilities
We are looking to add a Business Systems Analyst to our team of talented professionals.
What Youll Do:
- Serve as business analyst of a scrum team documenting analyzing tracing and requirements.
- Ensure JIRA tickets are created timely and accurately and are kept up to date. Defines acceptance criteria requirements and internal/external dependencies.
- Partner with the scrum teams Product Owner and the programs Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA) to complete impact assessments and provide support through the change control process.
- Work with the scrum teams Product Owner to ensure requirements align with customer needs and fit within the overall program roadmap.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the scrum teams Product Owner program leadership and the customer.
- Lead team in technical and business discussions providing recommendations to the customer and supporting informed decisionmaking on all technical and business matters.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 25 years with Bachelors; Minimum of 23 years with Masters or Minimum of 18 years with Ph.D.
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst on a User Interface (UI) software development team.
- Experience facilitating requirements gathering workshops/meetings with a concentration in fraud waste and abuse
- Experience prioritizing requirements and creating conceptual prototypes and mockups.
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision in a high stress fastpaced environment.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills to support a multitude of program projects
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
- SAFe POPM or similar certification.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid data.
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Knowledge of backend data systems.
