Job Description

At The Reject Shop were not just in the business of selling products; were in the business of creating memorable shopping experiences. Join us in shaping the future of retail as our Assistant Store Manager at our Broadmeadowsstore.

As our Assistant Store Manager you will be the righthand person to our Store Manager and an integral part of our retail family. Your role will be as dynamic as it is fun with responsibilities including:

  • Assisting in the daytoday operations from ensuring the store is visually stunning to managing inventory and optimising product displays.
  • Leading and motivating our amazing sales team fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
  • Delivering topnotch customer service and going above and beyond to make every customers visit memorable.
  • Problemsolving like a superhero resolving challenges and making quick effective decisions.
  • Contributing to the development and of sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ensure a safe environment for our customers and your team
  • Deliver business objectives
