The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing highlevel administrative
support to the Founders Classical Academy Superintendent. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of organizational challenges in a fastpaced environment sometimes under pressure remaining flexible proactive resourceful and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification
- Associates degree (preferred)
Experience
- 4 years of Administrative Assistant experience supporting a corporate office in an administrative capacity
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
- Mastery of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Intermediate concepts and applications of electronic data processing
- Demonstrated strong computer literacy and experience with Google Apps
- Ability to organize work and paper flow effectively and efficiently under a tightschedule
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in response to everchangingpriorities
- Demonstrated strong research and writing skills
- Demonstrated excellent proofreading skills
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal relationship skills

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform clerical functions (e.g. proofreading preparing correspondencereceiving visitors arranging conference calls scheduling meetings making travel arrangements etc.
- Handle all expense reports
- Ensure all reports and data files are arranged in an organized manner toavoid any inconvenience in business matters
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educationalworkshops
- Secure information by completing database backups
- Improves quality results by studying evaluating and redesigningprocesses; recommending changes
- Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives determining priorities managing time gaining the cooperation of others;monitoring progress; problemsolving; making adjustments to plans
- Support the management of projects
- Ability to work in Home Office
- Prepare for team meetings (e.g. calendar coordination agenda logisticsresolutions minutes etc.
- Respond to public information requests
- Monitor screen respond to and distribute incoming communications
- Draft and review a variety of documents
- Maintain updated corporate documents
- Manages special projects under the direction and guidance of Leadership Team/Superintendent
- Completes all other duties as assigned
