We are currently seeking a skilled and detailoriented Commercial Auto/Liability Claims Adjuster to join our clients team. This role involves managing a variety of commercial auto and physical damage claims while delivering excellent service to all stakeholders.
Compensation
- $55000 $85000/year based on years of experience

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Insurance Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in handling commercial auto or liability claims.
- Strong understanding of commercial auto insurance policies repair processes and estimating systems (e.g. CCC Mitchell Audatex).
- Excellent analytical negotiation and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adjuster license in applicable states is required or must be obtained.
- Knowledge of state and federal transportation regulations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of commercial auto and liability claims from initial reporting to final resolution.
- Investigate claims thoroughly by reviewing documentation interviewing involved parties and coordinating with appraisers.
- Evaluate coverage liability and damages based on policy language and applicable laws.
- Determine appropriate reserves and monitor them throughout the life of the claim.
- Coordinate repair estimates and manage relationships with body shops and appraisers.
