Contract: Full time permanent

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week worked Monday Friday 9am5pm with a 30minute unpaid lunch break

Purpose of role

The Creative Designer plays a vital role in delivering highquality onbrand design solutions across various print and digital formats. Beyond executing briefs accurately and efficiently the designer is expected to contribute creatively proactively suggest improvements and uphold the highest standards of design and production. Working closely with the Team Lead or Account Manager the role demands a deep understanding of brand guidelines strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite and a meticulous approach to prepress and studio processes. The ideal candidate will be a selfmotivated team player who can manage deadlines maintain consistency across deliverables and add strategic value through design thinking and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Execute design work in line with project briefs brand guidelines and timelines
• Ensure all deliverables undergo thorough prepress checks and are errorfree before release
• Follow established studio workflows and design best practices in all daily tasks
• Manage your own workload effectively with minimal supervision
• Identify and recommend ways to improve design processes and output
• Develop a strong understanding of client brands ensuring consistent application across materials
• Proactively challenge offbrand creative both internally and externally where appropriate
• Suggest proactive valueadding design solutions for clients

Personal attributes

• Degree diploma or certification in Graphic Design Visual Communications or a related field
• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator InDesign Photoshop)
• Strong understanding of working with templates style guides and multiformat brand collateral
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong sense of typography layout colour and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Understanding of marketing and advertising principles
• Knowledge of prepress print production and premedia processes is a plus
• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Collaborative team player with a solutionsoriented mindset
