Office Location is Centro Empresarial de Braga Ferreir Rua Professor Henrique Barros LT A4 e ABraga Portugal
Salary is EUR 900 per month gross with bonuses

About the Role:
As a Customer Care Representative youll be the first point of contact for our valued Frenchspeaking customers assisting them with inquiries related to their coffee machines. Whether its troubleshooting guiding through maintenance or helping with order tracking youll deliver exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression.
What Youll Do:

Handle incoming calls emails and live chats from Frenchspeaking customers

Provide expert assistance regarding coffee machine features usage maintenance and technical issues

Troubleshoot problems and offer practical clear solutions

Track orders manage returns and assist with warranty claims

Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain brand loyalty

Record customer interactions accurately using internal tools

Collaborate with team members and managers to improve service quality
What Were Looking For:

Fluent in French (C1 or higher) and confident in English (B1

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customercentric mindset with problemsolving abilities

Techsavvy and quick to learn new systems

Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required

Passion for coffee and enthusiasm for helping people
