Your Role

Support highprofile clients as they grow their presence across multiple channelschat email and phone.

Empower businesses by enhancing their experience with digital and selfserve advertising tools.

Deliver both presales and postsales assistance for online advertising solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues bugs and ad delivery concerns with precision.

Ensure swift resolution of customer inquiries while maintaining proactive communication.

Offer expert insights and suggestions to help clients fully leverage available solutions.

Share valuable feedback from clients to help shape future products and features.
What You Bring

Nativelevel fluency in Turkish (written and spoken).

Solid command of English (minimum B2 level).

Confidence with computersbasic skills required advanced abilities (like coding) are a plus.
