Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Lead client relationships: Act as the main point of contact for clients understanding their goals and translating them into effective social media strategies.
- Manage social media accounts: Oversee day-to-day content planning publishing and community engagement across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate campaigns: Work closely with internal teams (design content brand) to deliver cohesive on-brand campaigns.
- Stay on trend: Monitor social media trends platform updates and audience behaviors to keep strategies fresh and relevant.
- Support brand storytelling: Help clients build authentic engaging narratives that resonate with their target audiences.
- Report on impact: Provide regular updates to clients on campaign progress engagement metrics and content performance.
Qualifications :
What you will bring
- Experience in client-facing roles and account management ideally within a digital or creative agency.
- Strong understanding of organic social media strategy across platforms like Instagram TikTok LinkedIn Facebook and emerging channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsyoure confident in presenting ideas and managing expectations.
- A creative mindset with a strong eye for content tone and brand voice.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with minimal supervision.
- Passion for social media storytelling and helping brands grow their online presence.
