Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our Corporate Office serves as a key liaison between our car wash locations customers and internal departments. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service by managing inquiries resolving concerns and supporting our membership programs and customer satisfaction initiatives. Unlike storelevel representatives the Corporate CSR focuses on centralized customer communication billing and membership support and escalated issue resolution.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent problemsolving skills a customerfirst mindset and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented office environment. This position requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple communication channels this includes phone email and online support systems.
