- The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for the research design development analysis testing and implementation of software operating or application systems. They communicate project information to client project manager or other design personnel working on projects. They maintain good working relationships with clients and staff. They write and maintains complete documentation. They support team members and ensures established goals and deadlines are met. They keep management informed of status and significant problems.

Job Summary:
This person will drive the development and optimization of Salesforce applications and integrations. This role involves designing building testing and maintaining CRM software systems while collaborating with stakeholders to meet project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Salesforce applications using Apex Visualforce SOQL and related web technologies (e.g. Java REST XML).
Troubleshoot optimize and enhance performance for 24/7 systems.
Integrate thirdparty products and legacy systems.
Translate business requirements into functional software solutions.
Provide technical leadership in Agile team environments.
Minimum Qualifications:
6 years of relevant experience; advanced degrees may reduce experience requirements.
Expertise in Salesforce (Apex SOQL Visualforce) and web services (REST/SOAP).
Proficiency in frontend technologies (JavaScript CSS HTML).
Strong troubleshooting performance tuning and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications.
Experience with Copado and tools like Visual Studio Code GitHub Jira and Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of Mulesoft Marketo SQL Oracle Education Cloud and integration middleware.
