Job Description
Position Summary:
Dalkia Energy Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Streetlight Technician to join our Radiance team in San Antonio Texas. As a Technician you will be responsible for installing maintaining and troubleshooting solarpowered streetlights in various locations throughout the city.
Responsibilities:
Install and commission solarpowered streetlights in accordance with the companys safety and quality standards
Conduct routine maintenance checks and perform minor repairs on existing streetlights
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with solar panels batteries wiring and other components of the streetlights
Maintain accurate records of all work completed including service reports and inventory levels
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors providing updates on job progress and any potential issues
Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations
Skills & Education Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong Mechanical Aptitude
Experience with hand and power tools required for installation and maintenance work
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record (CDL A is a MUST)
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings if needed
Must be authorized to work in the United States
