How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
At Air Liquide New Energies youll utilize the advanced tools and digital practices of an industryleading company while being part of an agile and international team that are dedicated to tackling carbon reduction in the mobility sector.
Your work will directly contribute to improving the reliability of our Hydrogen Refueling Stations (HRS) and may involve the development of new services.
Reporting to the Director of AfterSales & Maintenance and working alongside the New Energies Data Committee* you will work at the interface between teams located in Dusseldorf and Grenoble.
As a Digital Solutions Engineer for Data your responsibilities will include :
- Coordinating the needs of different stakeholders proposing solutions and implementing them
- Being the owner of the code (maintenance and update)
- Highlighting existing data (performance follow up drift analysis)
- Clarifying the machine learning concept and evaluating the opportunity for the stakeholders
- Continuing the expert system analysis (analyse per algorithm defined as per rules) : finalise improve and deploy the existing model ; define and implement the new analyses
- Improving the Power Bi (PBI) report form : visual and data model ; generation of reports
- Building a warning model presenting visuals more synthetic from analyze algorithm results
- Training stakeholders on Data monitoring

Are you a MATCH
The ideal candidate for this role requires strong communication skills including the ability to understand and explain complex technical topics to end users. You will also need:
Education:
- Masters Degree in Engineering Data Analysis
- Specialization in coding data science machine learning
Technical skills:
- Python
- Power BI
- NodeRed
- Javascript
- HTML
Soft skills:
Methodical and rigorous approach with strong problem solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across geographically dispersed teams (e.g. Grenoble and Dusseldorf)
Capacity to synthesize complex technical information and present it clearly to various audiences including decisionmakers and users
Demonstrated ability to independently manage and lead assigned tasks
Languages:
Fluency in English is essential
German language skills are nice to have

ALaT GmbH hosts global Center of Excellence (CoE) in Maintenance and Services of the H2 Refueling Station (HRS) who are in charge of:
Global Communication & Know How Exchange within the different centers
Support Sales Team (Maintenance Contract Cost estimation Customer Presentation & Negotiation)
Approve maintenance & work instruction
Continuous Improvement of HRS in cooperation with the product team located in the Grenoble Technology Campus.
