Job Description
A wellestablished early childhood center is seeking a dynamic Educational Director to lead one of its campus locations. This fulltime leadership role involves overseeing daily operations supporting and supervising staff guiding curriculum development and ensuring full compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements. The ideal candidate will be warm organized and passionate about early childhood education with strong leadership skills and a clear vision for maintaining a nurturing highquality learning environment. Masters degree in Early Childhood Education and state teaching certification required.
Responsibilities Include:
Leadership & Staff Management:
Oversee daily operations of the early childhood campus ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Supervise support and mentor teaching staff providing guidance and professional development.
Curriculum Development & Implementation:
Guide the development and implementation of an ageappropriate engaging curriculum.
Ensure curriculum aligns with state standards and the centers educational philosophy.
Compliance & Licensing:
Ensure full compliance with state regulations licensing requirements and quality standards.
Stay current with changes in early childhood education regulations and integrate them into daily operations.
Parent & Community Engagement:
Foster strong communication with parents addressing concerns and providing updates on childrens progress.
Build relationships with the local community to enhance the centers visibility and reputation.
Ideal Qualifications:
Masters degree in Early Childhood Education and state teaching certification.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Indepth knowledge of early childhood education best practices regulations and licensing requirements.
Excellent organizational communication and problemsolving skills.
Passion for early childhood education and fostering a nurturing learning environment.
