Job Description
The Engineering Controls Program Managerwill provide handson Project Management and technical leadership for Controller and Digital product solutions. This is a key position on the ElectronicControlsteamwithinRheemsAdvancedTechnologyIntegrationorganizationproviding advanced technologies and systems solutions for Rheems Water and Air business units.
ThispositionwillserveourEnterpriseDivisionlocatedinRoswellGA; Indianapolis IN; Lewisville TX; Fort Smith AR (Hybrid).
Responsibilities
- Collaboratewithkeystakeholderstodefineprojectscopetiminganddeliverables.
- Leadandmonitorcrossfunctionalprojectteamscollaboratingwithsoftwarehardwaretest and product development teams throughout the product life cycle.
- Ensurestrategicalignmentofproductprojectscontrolsprojectsandmobileapplication projects with customer installation and service experience requirements.
- Developmaintainandupdatecomprehensiveprojectplansincludingdeliverablesbuilds key dependencies and schedules.
- Publishprojectplansmetricsandissuetrackersfortransparentcommunicationandtracking of project progress.
- Facilitateregularprojectteammeetingsforstakeholderstosharestatusplanprogressand resolve crosscutting issues.
- Participateinproductdesignreviewstoensurenecessaryhardwareandsoftwarefeaturesare incorporated.
Qualifications
- BachelorsdegreeinEngineering(ElectricalComputerorMechanicaldiscipline).
- Minimumof7yearsofexperienceinthedevelopmentofembeddedmicroprocessorbased controls and Digital Products (entire lifecycle).
- Proventrackrecordofdevelopingtalentandbuilding/leadingeffectiveteams.
- Abletoworkwithcrossfunctionalteams( and external subject matter experts.
- Passionateaboutbuildingandowninginnovativecustomerfacingservices/products.
- Greatpresentationandcommunicationskills.
- ExperiencewithSystemRequirementsDocumentationRequirementsAllocation Requirements Traceability and Test Case development and .
- ExperiencewithproductandcomponentlevelFMEAs
- Experiencewithelectronicsfailureanalysis
- ProficientcomputerskillsandindepthknowledgeofrelevantsoftwaresuchasMSOffice Suite.
- Aninnovativesolutionfirstspiritandanabilitytothinkcreatively.
- Ability to travel.
