QuidelOrtho Strasbourg:
For more than 25 years our Center of Excellence based in Illkirch Strasbourg area has been a fundamental piece of the Ortho experience. We provide support to all of our customers in Europe The Middle East and Africa. Your new role :

In order to support our purpose and be part of a new transformation we are looking for a new Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. More than ever Technical Support represents an increasing part of the offer made to the customer. As a member of the Technical Support Team you will have an impact on our customers providing remote support in the technical & diagnostic area for our full range of Point of Care/Molecular Transfusion Medicine Clinical Laboratories medical laboratory products and automation. You will provide assistance and communicate with our customers via email and telephone.
What youll be doing:
- Investigate troubleshoot and manages customer chemistry equipment and software complaints and inquiries in accordance with internal procedures and customers requirements.
- Participation to oncalls.
- Maintain technical selfcompetence knowledge of company procedures and customerrelated skills. Work independently and as part of a team.
- Contribute to process improvements.
- Attend meetings with affiliates onsite or via call.
What youll need to succeed:
- Educated as medical laboratory technologist biomedical or technical background or in life sciences possibly with some experience in customer relationship management or in a medical laboratory.
- High degree in one of the following majors Chemistry Biology Science Engineering Biomedical Engineering.
- Computer networking skills would be a plus.
- Willing to become an expert in new technologies.
- Passionate about communication with people and customer focus.
- Fluent Italian and a French or Spanish language. English is desirable.

Plus que jamais le Support Technique reprsente une part croissante de loffre propose aux clients. En tant que membre de lquipe de Support Technique vous aurez un impact sur nos clients en fournissant un support distance dans les domaines technique et diagnostique pour lensemble de notre gamme de produits de laboratoires mdicaux et dautomatisation incluant le Point of Care/Molecular la Mdecine Transfusionnelle et les Laboratoires Cliniques. Vous apporterez une assistance et communiquerez avec nos clients par email et par tlphone.
Vos missions :
- Enquter dpanner et grer les rclamations et demandes des clients concernant la chimie les quipements et les logiciels en conformit avec les procdures internes et les exigences des clients.
- Participer aux astreintes.
- Maintenir ses comptences techniques sa connaissance des procdures de lentreprise et ses comptences relationnelles avec les clients.
- Travailler de manire autonome et en quipe.
- Contribuer lamliorations des processus.
- Participer des runions avec les filiales sur site ou par appel tlphonique.
Votre profil :
- Formation de technicien de laboratoire mdical biomdical technique ou en sciences de la vie ventuellement avec une exprience en gestion de la relation client ou en laboratoire mdical.
- Diplme dans lune des disciplines suivantes : Chimie Biologie Sciences Ingnierie Ingnierie Biomdicale.
- Des comptences en rseaux informatiques seraient un plus.
- Volont de devenir un(e) expert(e) des nouvelles technologies.
- Passionn(e) par la communication et le service client.
- Matrise de litalien et du franais ou de lespagnol. Langlais est un atout.
