Job Description
As a key member of the Academic Services team you will be accountable for all aspects of Planning Scheduling and Programming of training schedules.

What youll be doing:
- Scheduling and planning training courses and any related events at the college
- Process learners timetables and rearrange where necessary
- Manage staff & associate tutors timetables
- Managing course bookings
- Resolve any issues in the training room or regarding equipment
- Process timesheets
- General admin support
What were looking for:
- Proficiency in using IT (hardware/software) within the workplace
- Strong administrator
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
