What you will do:
- Ensure that our workplace tech is constantly working: Network Wi-Fi Internet Access Meeting Rooms Tech Equipment in common spaces and offices etc.
- You will provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions in our Confluence
- Proper management of the IT warehouse
- Provide the set-up and removal of technical equipment
- Manage over 400 workstations mainly onsite in Hamburg but also remotely
- Ensure proper security of our computers and network
- Willing to take part in daily support when needed and proactively offer hands-on assistance to colleagues and other teams with an open-minded attitude
Who you are:
- More than 3 years of experience in System Administrator roles or equivalent experience
- Deep expertise in all relevant fields e.g. OS administration (Jamf) network security setup and infrastructure fallbacks automation of processes e.g. provisioning flawless running of our Unifi infrastructure
- Expert knowledge in working with Windows Mac the Google Workspace and decent familiarity with JIRA
- Strong track record of driving projects in the System Administrator Space and fostering a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ready to operate at fast speed solution-oriented reliable way of working high motivation and hands-on mentality
- Good to have: Experience in onboarding coaching and mentoring working students interns and other junior colleagues
