Manager of Rehabilitation Services

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manager of Rehabilitation Services will manage the occupational therapy physical therapy and cardiac rehabilitation staff as well as speech oversight. Manager of Rehabilitation Services oversees clinical and daily operations for the department. Manager of Rehabilitation Services will collaborate with the Director of Rehabilitation Services to ensure the continued growth and development of Amberwell Health by meeting the rehabilitation needs of patients in the area in a manner consistent with Amberwell Health mission and goals. Manager of Rehabilitation Services will collaborate with the Director of Rehabilitation Services for policy development monitoring quality indicators and meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction goals. Manager of Rehabilitation Services will collaborate with the Director of Rehabilitation Services to evaluate employee performance and all hiring practices related to maintaining quality personnel that meet the standards of performance and cultural priorities of the organization.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience:
  • Minimum Required Experience: 2 years in direct patient care experience
  • Preferred: 2 years in management experience
• Education:
  • Minimum Required Education: Associates Degree
  • Preferred Education: Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy or Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
• Licenses:
  • Minimum Required Licenses: KSBHA license OTA or PTA
  • Preferred Licenses: KSBHA license OT or PT

• Certifications:
  • Minimum Required: BLS
  • Preferred Certifications: N/A
