WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Global Planning & Marketing Operations Lead that is a strategic optimistic solutionoriented team player that has a bias for action. The Lead will seek to drive clarity efficiency and remove obstacles from teammates. You have strong communication skills capable of making fact based recommendations and holding teammates accountable to timelines budgets and deliverables. You are collaborative and adept at building the relationships that progress work forward and thrive on winning results.
This roles success is critical in navigating the matrix building collaborative relationships and driving operational excellence. This role will be responsible for driving the endtoend process across multiple seasons and ensuring expectations and outcomes are clear.
This is a highly visible role that must communicate effectively across many partners of the organization. The ideal candidate needs to act as the quarterback of Operations and single source of truth that teammates can trust.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will lead and drive planning & operations for xFOP and/or xConsumer Innovation or Sports Moments driving the day to day process to deliver world class Marketing. You will help set the pace create the appropriate Operating Model and enable the creation of the plan to make the magic of Nike real for our consumers.
You will manage and guide the team through CODE and Marketing CODE dates & gates driving expectations around milestones ensuring readiness and managing an efficient flow of communication. Youll also create tools & artifacts that drive strategic alignment and help teams stay together.
Your ability to operationalize and drive discipline from project plans platform management and schedules is a top priority to ensure projects are delivered on time in budget in scope to Nike Brand Standards.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role will report to the Global Director of Planning & Operations for Brand Initiatives and work closely with Brand Initiatives Brand Marketing Marketing Functions (digital media creative retail) CrossFunctional Operations Brand Marketing Planning Marketing CODE Geos and other internal Business partners.
This is a highly collaborative role within a network of Operational experts and leaders whose mission is to deliver best in class storytelling and innovation to our consumers with operational excellence and discipline.
