Were YCbacked and well funded (Series A 2023 with several years of runway and weve experienced rapid growth in the past year having grown 8x since our Series A. Were building out our People team and this role will play a foundational part in helping us scale GTM hiring.

What youll do
Own FullCycle Recruiting for GTM Roles Source engage and close toptier talent for Sales and Customer Success roles (e.g. Sales Customer Success Support) ensuring a stellar candidate experience from first touch to close
Be the goto expert for all things GTM recruitingtaking full ownership of results and driving continuous improvement across the funnel
Partner with Hiring Managers Build tight collaborative relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand role needs team dynamics and ideal profiles
Drive TopofFunnel Strategy Create proactive sourcing strategies and leverage multiple channels to build a strong and diverse pipeline of qualified candidates
Optimize Hiring Process Help define and refine interview processes that are structured efficient and inclusive
Track and Report on Hiring Metrics Keep a close pulse on pipeline health timetofill and funnel conversion offering regular updates and insights
Champion Our Employer Brand Represent Topline Pro with authenticity and enthusiasm in every interaction helping elevate our presence in the NYC talent market

36 years of experience in fullcycle recruiting with a strong track record of hiring top talent for Sales and Customer Success teams
Ability to work independently and drive endtoend recruiting processes with minimal oversight
