As a CS youll be at the forefront of clinical excellence working directly with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to craft and implement personalized behavioral treatment plans. This is your opportunity to unleash your expertise and creativity accelerating patient progress and empowering families every step of the way.
With both PartTime and FullTime positions available flexibility is at your fingertips. Dive into a role where every weekend holds the potential for transformative change as you dedicate a minimum of 5 billable hours per day to your craft.
Compensation and Location
- Compensation: $24.00 $28.00/hour (DOE)
- Benefits: Medical Dental and Vision
- Location: Chula Vista CA
Your essential duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting our dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide invaluable feedback and direction.
- Youll be instrumental in shaping behavior analytic skills ensuring the highest quality of service delivery while fostering an environment of continuous growth and development.
- Working with an age population primarily between the ages of 5 to 25.
But it doesnt stop there. As a CS youll be the linchpin in maintaining compliance fostering effective communication with parents and collaborating seamlessly with funding sources. Applicant requirements include:
- A Masters degree in ABA Psychology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analytic services. Alternatively if youre currently enrolled in a graduate program with a thirst for knowledge and at least 1 year of ABA experience we want to hear from you.
Plus with a suite of preferred qualifications ranging from administering behavioral assessments to designing instructional programs theres ample opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise.
