The Alexa team is seeking a Snr. Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to drive user growth and engagement for one of the worlds most beloved and innovative AI assistants working on the new Alexa experience. Were looking for a dynamic leader who can leverage strategic marketing crossfunctional collaboration and datadriven optimization to propel Alexa adoption and usage.
In this role youll bring compelling value propositions to life and design impactful campaigns that drive user growth across Amazons owned channels including email web and devices. Youll lead experimentation and A/B testing efforts to continually refine our marketing effectiveness while collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams to amplify our reach and impact. Key job responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth using Amazons owned channels (app email website devices etc. Lead customer segmentation and targeting efforts unlocking new growth opportunities Design and oversee A/B testing and experimentation to continually refine our marketing effectiveness Collaborate across teams to influence product development and expand Alexas reach Deliver insightful performance analytics to key stakeholders driving datainformed decision making Manage complex tradeoffs and establish efficient processes for campaign delivery at scale Track and report on engagement metrics action plans and performance Work closely with GTM and Advertising teams to ensure integrated campaign effectiveness
A day in the life Your average day will be dynamic and youll collaborate with Product Business Intelligence Data Science and peer marketing functions to create content develop marketing programs run experiments and share insights. We seamlessly transition from strategic planning to creative ideation to detailed balancing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment. We work together and pick each other up when workloads shift balancing our time and juggling multiple priorities. We enjoy supporting a fastpaced and highly crossfunctional organization.
About the team This role sits within the Alexa Marketing team a dynamic group that includes advertising media lifecycle and channel marketers. We are a diverse and collaborative team united by our mission to make Alexa an indispensable part of customers lives.
Bachelors degree in marketing communications business or equivalent 6 years of professional noninternship marketing experience Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables) Experience with customer segmentation profiling and targeting Experience with A/B Testing or MultiVariate Testing or both
Experience leading gotomarket for consumer software or hardware product launches
