POSITION: Information Technology Support Specialist
The mission for this role is to provide daily support to the information technology systems and infrastructure while working with the IT Manager on new implementations of IT goals and projects. This support role will perform a daily review of IT infrastructure components and resources to provide a highlevel overview and status to the IT Manager. This role will also provide firstlevel support through the company help desk and provide access support for the HR and management teams. An IT Support Specialist oversees computer systems for businesses and offers support to the systems users. This may be internal assistance working directly with staff who use the computer systems or assisting external customers who access the systems via the Internet.
PRIMARY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
