Job Description
Job Title: Executive Finance
Location: Yewai Bhiwandi
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Finance Executive to join our team and manage key financial operations including book closures accounts payable & receivable profitability analysis variance analysis reconciliations and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and attention to detail ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Book Closures
- Manage monthly quarterly and annual book closures in compliance with accounting standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting with proper documentation.
- Prepare and review the monthly profit & loss (P&L) statement and highlight key variances.
- Oversee invoice processing vendor payments and reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Conduct variance analysis (budget vs. actuals) and provide insights on cost deviations.
- Assist in preparing profitability reports to support decisionmaking.
- Develop forecast reports to predict revenue expenses and financial performance.
- Perform bank reconciliations vendor reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies internal controls and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/ masters degree in finance & accounting
- 34 years of experience in accounting & financial operations
- Strong knowledge of book closures AP AR P&L and forecasting
- Proficiency in variance analysis & reconciliation
- Advanced Excel skills: familiarity with ERP/accounting software is a plus
- Strong analytical & problemsolving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
