About the Opportunity:
Are you passionate about fitness and ready to grow your career in B2B sales Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for a highly organized driven Territory Sales Representative to lead growth in the MultiUnit Housing market across Southern Florida. In this role youll focus on building relationships with property developers ownership groups and management companies to bring bestinclass fitness experiences to where people live.
Youll be in the field at least 3 days a week driving business in a growing segmentwith the possibility of expanding into other vertical markets in the future.
What Youll Do
Prospect and close business opportunities with apartment communities developers and property managers
Be on the road at least 3 times per week meeting customers and building territory presence
Manage the full sales cyclefrom consultative discovery to installation and ongoing support
Use Salesforce to track pipeline and manage account activity
Deliver on revenue targets while providing strategic solutionsbased sales experiences
Stay informed on trends in fitness housing amenities and the broader vertical market landscape
What Were Looking For
3 years of sales or business development experience (B2B strongly preferred)
Experience in real estate property management or amenityfocused industries is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Based in or near Fort Lauderdale or Miami
Consultative sales style with excellent communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Bilingual preferred

The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $46200 $63000 actual salary will vary based on applicants education experience skills and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Miami FL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strengths Sales Incentive Plan with monthly commission eligibility in addition to base salary.
