As we continue to innovate we are seeking a Sr. Product Manager (Technical) to own build and execute plans for launching 01 cold start products for brands and customers. The dynamics of developing and launching these products can make or break product success and is a costly and challenging task for brands to execute. The suite of solutions offered by Amazon are intended to right size these strategies for brands and position these products for successful discovery.

Key job responsibilities
Lead the development and scaling of Amazons New Product Campaigns platform combining firstparty data with LLM technology to revolutionize how brands launch products on Amazon
Design intuitive DSP integration workflows that streamline campaign setup while delivering sophisticated audience targeting creative options and performance measurement
Serve as the interface between partner teams to influence their roadmap and assure that we are positioned to deliver the highest value product for our customers.
Partner with engineering to build and enhance LLM agents that guide advertisers through thousands of campaign options creative approaches and promotional strategies

Day in the life
Proven experience launching cold start products including developing the launch strategy and roadmap working with technical and nonteams creative applied analytics and engineering to develop test learn and adjust measurements for brand success.
Managing and partnering with cross functional teams directly is a must; this role will be part of a team making key decisions for how the product and data models impact our ability to deliver for cold start consumer brands.
Proven and tried experience understanding trade offs given real world constraints re: product performance scalability latency and security related to the build.
2 years of end to end product delivery experience
5 years of technical product or program management experience
Bachelors degree
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executivelevel prioritization and planning
Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
