The Office of Undergraduate Research is seeking applicants for a 20hour graduate assistant position for Summer 2025 with the possibility of

The Office of Undergraduate Research offers advising and other resources to help undergraduates participate in research across campus.
We seek an assistant who is organized communicates well and enjoys working with undergraduates.
The graduate assistant will engage in a variety of programrelated responsibilities and projects including the following:
Holding information sessions and individual advising
Maintaining OUR social media and the Eureka database of student research opportunities
Assisting in carrying out other OUR initiatives (e.g. events outreach)
The appointed student will be required to complete new employee onboarding including authorizing a criminal background check by the University as well as completing an I9 form. International students reach out to Texas Global concerning additional requirements & restrictions.
This position does not include tuition assistance. Health insurance coverage is provided. For more information about the Office of

20hour/week appointment
Hourly: $20
Dates: May 16 2025 to Aug. 15 2025
Requirements: Enrolled in at least 3 credit hours
Hours: Flexible within regular business hours
Most duties can be carried out remotely
