Job Description
AEITS Inc. is looking to grow its team! We are seeking a Systems Administrator Tier 1 Help Desk Level 0 (entrylevel) to support our customer in the San Antonio TX area. This role involves diagnosing and resolving issues offering remote assistance to users worldwide and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Additionally the position supports the helpdesk by investigating resolving and following up on userreported problems.
Mission: As a Systems Administrator on this government program your role will involve diagnosing issues recommending solutions and providing remote support to global sites through desktop mirroring and other access tools. Additionally you may assist in mentoring lessexperienced team members and addressing cloud infrastructure issues reported by users.
Location: San Antonio TX
All work is onsite. This is not a hybrid or remote position.
This is Shift Work: MF 2pm10pm or 3pm11pm
Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Certifications:

Special Requirements:
- IAT Level 1 certificate is required within 6 months of start date.
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship
- TS/SCI with polygraph.
- Bachelors degree in technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network desktop and/or systems hardware and software
- May coach and provide guidance to lessexperienced professionals
- Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems investigate causes and recommend solutions
- Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
- Identify investigate resolve and followup problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
Education and Required Qualification
- Bachelors degree in technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
OR
- High School Diploma and Five 5 years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a Bachelors degree.
Travel
- Less than 10 of travel may occur.
