About the role

As a flow lead you will provide direction instructions and guidance to a group of individuals also known as a team in achieving specific goals. This position is responsible for the safety and productivity of all production employees staffed in flows. Additionally the Flow Lead position is accountable for ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze production schedules and priorities to communicate clear instructions to team members daily to maintain OTD.

  • Flow Lead must have knowledge of processes within Flow with the ability to meet the expectation of operating machines daily to maintain the integrity of production schedule.

  • Provide any training and guidance that team members may need.

  • Monitor team members performance to ensure the training being provided is being put to use also to see if any additional training is needed.

  • Resolve manning deficiencies within the flow by analyzing data and evaluating available labor.

  • Utilize weekly white board meetings to review status of quarterly goals and encourage employee feedback to help meet or achieve the goals.

About You

You bring a minimum education of a High School Diploma and 2 years of experience in manufacturing preferably in leading teams.
