Maguire Enterprise is a fastgrowing franchisee group bringing nationally recognized brands to life in local communities. We own and operate 7 Crumbl Cookies locations including Westbrook and recently opened The Picklr a 60000 sq ft premium indoor pickleball club right across the street.
As we grow were focused on delivering worldclass experiences that bring people together and build real community. And content plays a huge role it captures the energy celebrates our people and brings others into the story. Thats where you come in!
The Opportunity
Were looking for a creative selfdriven Content Creator to bring our Crumbl Cookies and The Picklr locations in Westbrook to life through shortform video. These two vibrant brands located just across the street are full of energy personality and stories worth sharing.
Youll be onsite twice a week capturing a mix of planned and spontaneous content. While youll work under our Marketing Director to stay aligned with brand goals youll have real freedom to pitch ideas explore trends and LEAD the creative direction. If you love storytelling know how to spot great moments and want the space to create this is your moment.
What Youll Do
Create and publish shortform video on our social media channels
Capture Reels and Stories onsite at Crumbl & The Picklr 2x/week
Edit and schedule content to hit weekly creative goals and KPIs
Highlight culture products team energy and community moments
Film casual interviews with staff customers or community guests
Stay current with trends and social formats
Jump oncamera when needed to host or add personality
Engage with followers via comments DMs and local social groups
What Were Looking For
A passionate selfstarter with great energy and creative drive
Experience creating and editing shortform content
Skilled in tools like CapCut Adobe Premiere Canva
Strong eye for authentic engaging moments
Comfortable oncamera and interacting with people
Organized proactive and selfdirected
Passion for storytelling trends and communitydriven content
