Job Description
Corewell Health Headache Medicine offers an excellent fulltime opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider.
- Coordination of care follow up visits and patient monitoring along with procedures
- Onsite infusion center
- Work with a multidisciplinary group that includes a Nurse Navigator and Pharmacy Technician
- 4 10 hour shifts with a potential to work a day from home
- All outpatient No nights No weekends No call
Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner:
- Required Masters Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a masters postmasters or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission
- 3 years of relevant experience current relevant clinical experience
- Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner
- LICNurse Practitioner (NP) State of Michigan
- CRTBasic Life Support (BLS)
- CRTNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- CRTPediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)
Physician Assistant:
- Required Masters Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
- LICPhysician Assistant State of Michigan
- CRTPhysician Asst Certified (PAC) NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
- CRTBasic Life Support (BLS)
- CRTPediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)
- CRTNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
