Position: Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer
Location: 4782 44th St SE Kentwood MI 49512
Pay: $18 $22.50/hr Overtime Monthly Incentives
Hours: MondayFriday 7:30 AM 5:30 PM (Weekends Off!)

What Youll Do:
- Be the friendly face and voice of our shopgreeting customers and guiding them through their service experience.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers by being honest transparent and knowledgeable.
- Collaborate with our skilled technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely repairs.
- Keep things running smoothly at the front deskscheduling invoicing and communicating clearly.

- 1 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role.
- Strong communication and sales skillsyou know how to connect with people and close the deal.
- A valid drivers license and clean driving record.

- A commitment to honesty integrity and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
