Job Description
The Role
Working with Partner Hugh Brolsma and other leading practitioners this is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join our Corporate M&A and Capital Markets team.
In this role you will work on domestic and crossborder transactions with a particular focus on private capital including mergers & acquisitions joint ventures and other corporate and commercial matters.
You will have significant exposure to clients across a broad range of sectors and will play a leading role on key aspects of transactions including negotiations drafting and team supervision.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
At least 7 years experience postqualification experience within a distinguished corporate law practice;
Demonstrated experience in a senior associate role (or equivalent) with the ability to take a lead role on transactions and drive matters forward;
Excellent drafting skills;
Strong client service focus and exceptional work ethic;
Genuine team player with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; and
A passion for mentoring junior lawyers and providing timely feedback to aid their development.
