Amazon Music is seeking an Digital Marketing Manager to lead integrated gotomarket artist campaign strategies and executions including planning and creative media briefs and driving with a crossfunctional team of subject matter experts.
Key job responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders from internal teams to rally resources and development needs
Develop strategic marketing plans and execute on strategic initiatives
Develop creative ways to engage artists with Amazon Music
Partner with stakeholders from the industry to develop artist focused campaigns
Manage highimpact artist events and campaigns that drive Amazon Music brand awareness
Mobilize Amazon Music around new album releases crosssite content initiatives
Develop and own the GoToMarket strategy and develop and execute marketing plans for tentpole artist events including responsibility for measuring and analyzing the performance
Document results and prepare business reviews
Help define the success metrics and track campaign ROI
Work Globally across partner teams
10 years professional experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
10 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
10 years professional experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
7 years professional project management skills including the ability to take inputs from a variety of internal and external sources and maintain uptodate documentation
Proven selfstarter who has previous professional experience advocating for external customers and internal business lines while influencing multiple teams without direct authority
7 years professional experience handling multiple complex projects amidst rapidlychanging priorities while being comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Proven ability to perform at both strategic and tactical levels and be successful both as an individual contributor and in a team environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $107700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
